Privacy Policy
Last updated: 11 October 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how AdSync (“AdSync”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information when you visit adsyncapp.com or get in touch through this website. AdSync is a campaign-trafficking automation tool for teams that work in Google Campaign Manager 360 (CM360).
Information we collect
We only collect the information you choose to give us through our contact form. Depending on what you’re getting in touch about, that may include:
- Your name and email address
- Your company, role, and team size
- Which ad platforms you traffic on, your campaign volume, and how you currently traffic campaigns
- Any message you send us
Our hosting provider also processes standard technical data (such as your IP address and browser type) to deliver the site securely, as described below.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, understand whether AdSync is a fit for your team, arrange demos or early access, and improve our service. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who processes your data
We rely on a small number of trusted providers to run this website and reply to you:
- Cloudflare — hosts and delivers the website securely (processes technical data such as IP addresses).
- Cloudflare Email Service — delivers your contact-form submission to our team inbox. Your email address is used as Reply-To so we can answer you.
- Google (Gmail) — temporarily hosts our team inbox through Cloudflare forwarding while our business mailbox is being set up.
- Cloudflare Turnstile — verifies that form requests are legitimate before email is sent.
- Cloudflare D1 — stores short-lived delivery references, delivery state and keyed hashes used to limit abuse and prevent duplicate submissions. We do not store your name, email address, message or raw IP address in this database.
- Google Fonts and cdnjs (Cloudflare) — serve fonts and icons; your browser requests these files directly, so those providers receive your IP address.
Campaign data in the AdSync platform
This policy is chiefly about this website. If your agency uses the AdSync platform itself, that access is provided separately, under the terms agreed with you at the time — but here is how we handle your campaign data today.
Each agency’s campaign data is stored in its own separate database. During early access, your data is not pooled or co-mingled with another agency’s. If that setup changes as the platform develops, we’ll update this policy and tell you.
AdSync connects to each ad platform through that platform’s own official authorisation flow — Google’s standard OAuth for Campaign Manager 360, Google Ads and Google Analytics 4, and Meta’s for Meta Ads. You see exactly which permissions are requested, and you can revoke that access at any time from the platform that granted it. We read only the campaign and performance data we need to do the work, and we do not sell or share it.
Cookies
This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. See our Cookie Policy for the details.
How long we keep it
Delivery-reference records expire after one day; abuse-control hashes expire within two days. An hourly cleanup removes expired active records. Provider backups may retain records beyond active deletion under the provider's backup policy. Your inquiry email is kept in our team mailbox as needed to respond and manage our relationship. You can request access, correction or deletion through our contact form.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or object to our use of your personal information. To exercise any of these, use our contact form and we’ll help.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe. For how agency campaign data is kept separate, see “Campaign data in the AdSync platform” above.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “last updated” date above.
